This online session includes basic aasanas, loosening exercises, pranayama, meditations  and relaxation techniques.

Aasana is yoga postures or exercises. Patanjali in Ashtanga yoga defines aasana as steady and comfortable poses. Through the practice of yoga aasanas, you work on your body and mind, thus providing a sense of holistic wellbeing. Increase in muscular strength and flexibility, cardiovascular benefits and improved mental health can be achieved through yoga.

Loosening exercises are a group of exercises concerned with loosening up the joints of the body.

Pranayama will help to get control on our breath, thus increasing self-awareness and ability to manage stress.
